What to Expect, How to Prepare
Focus On You
In our first session together I will seek to understand you, your experience and what your overall goal is. Each session will be focused on your challenges and what your specific goal is for each session in a comfortable and safe environment. After a brief chat to determine what these are, we will spend 5-10 minutes exercising your voice and the remaining time working on one or two pieces of music of your choice, constantly checking in with you to see how you’re feeling, what is working and what is not. At the end I will provide you with a few key recommendations for your continued development.
